The anodizing of aluminum components by Volpato Industrie
The anodizing of aluminum components by Volpato, takes place completely in-house.
The company has opted for the integration of the main production processes within its factory in Spresiano, in the heart of North-East Italy.
The plants dedicated to the anodizing processes allow Volpato Industrie to process up to 120 tons of aluminum bars every month.
Thanks to the use of 25 tanks, the company is able to anodize the aluminum profiles in 21 different finishes, including chemical satin finishing. Furthermore, the anodizing line can count on an important novelty: the possibility of anodizing small parts up to 640 pieces / day using special cages.
Important numbers, meant to grow by 20% in the near future thanks to recent investments.
Volpato Industrie’s plants are also at the top in terms of sustainability.
The anodizing tanks are protected by a special cover, both to optimize energy yield and to ensure greater healthiness of the environments.
