The production of Volpato Industrie technical plastic profiles takes place entirely in the Spresiano plant.
An important result, made possible by the integration of the raw material transformation processes within the production site.
The company can count on a large injection moulding capacity thanks to 23 injection lines.
Among these, the 10 fully electric lines stand out, which guarantee superior energy efficiency and perfect process control.
The production efficiency of Volpato Industrie is then accompanied by a high degree of sustainability, which requires that over 90% of the materials used are recycled or recyclable.
Added to this is the company’s ability to recover internally the waste deriving from its production.
