An innovative partnership between Volpato Industrie and Gollinucci
A Group with a turnover exceeding 100 million Euro has born
In order to develop new and increasingly challenging business goals, we have recently signed a partnership agreement with Gollinucci, a go-to company for the design and construction of accessories for the kitchen, bathroom and living room.
With the purpose of opening new leadership opportunities in the industry for both firms, this agreement includes the acquisition by our company of all the shares of the Gollinucci company together with the simultaneous reinvestment in Volpato Industrie by Giacomo Gollinucci as a minority shareholder of the Group.
Amongst other qualities that create the best conditions to set out on a new course of development together, Volpato Industrie and Gollinucci share their focus on product quality, their investments in technology and their drive towards ongoing improvement while respecting environmental sustainability
Founded in 1973 in Cesena, 70% of the Gollinucci’s turnover, which amounted to around 22 million Euro in 2022, is generated by international sales. The main features of Gollinucci’s accessories – which have been awarded significant international acknowledgments in recent years – are their design and the in-depth studies performed to make them really practical to use.
